SMRF

Finds possible silent mutations for introducing a restriction site in a primer or DNA region.

Its function is to add a silent restriction site to a mutagenesis primer so that you can check for the success of a mutagenesis PCR reaction with a test digest. Download the latest setup file here and run it. Or to view the project’s github page with the source code click here.

This version now allows for you to create your own enzyme list tailored for your lab.

There is also the default enzyme package with 1699 Restriction enzymes that you can use.
